With a combined total of 25 years of leadership experience in the manufacturing, technology and mortgage industries, Michael has a proven track record of delivering results, increasing profitability and leading high-performing teams. And while he has a strategic mind and knack for revenue-generating marketing strategies, his real passion is helping others achieve better end results in their professional and personal lives.
Michael’s coaching journey began in 2007 after reading Becoming a Coaching Leader, by Daniel Harkavy. After finishing the last page, he quickly decided to become a client of Building Champions and spent the next several years implementing the new tools in his business and life. In addition to being coached, Michael also became a Coaching Leader in the mortgage industry where he helped others find the power of balance through intentional life planning and priority management skills.
In 2013, Michael brought his leadership and coaching experience to Building Champions where he continues to help successful business professionals achieve even better end results while also finding greater balance. Michael is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and earned his earned his bachelor degree in Broadcasting from Arizona State University.
After 24 years in the Arizona sunshine, Michael now lives in Lake Oswego, Ore. with his wife and three children. In his off time, Michael engages in lots of family activities, plays basketball, blogs, and is an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. He is also active with several non-profits.
